Acumatica Cloud ERP

Please look into an integration with Acumatica ERP. It was built for connectivity with APIs and easy integrations. Since it has native CRM and Case management, this would be a big plus for RingCentral.

Ringcentral Video meeting ID 10 digits

We use each employees telephone number as their person room meeting number. This is easy to remember. Why force them to us a 9 digit in addition to their 10 digit number in addition to the password.

Distinguish Look of AWS 80 from AWS 82

Would be nice to be able to distinguish from these two servers. When you have to use both, it can get confusing. Something so small as changing the color of the blue bar on the left would suffice. Make it orange?
