There are only two options if the caller is in the queue too long, vm and disconnect. It should put them back in the queue. That should be an added feature. We do use vm due to liabilities so the caller just gets disconnected. No win for us.
Patients/customers complain they don't know how long their wait is or where they are in the queue. This should be something you have so patients/customers have an idea of how much longer they have to wait or how long they may have to wait.
We'd like the ability for reports in Business Analytics to be shared with others who have edit capabilities. Currently, others can view the report, but we'd like an additional access type for view and edit. Thanks!
