Search bar for text messages

I would love to see a search bar for texts so I can search for the last time I texted someone. I do a lot of group texts, so I cannot just pull up the individual contact to see the history. I would love to be able to search for all the group texts...

Multiple call handling as call queue member

It would be beneficial to many of our customers if call queue agents have the ability to answer multiple incoming calls. If needed, they want to be able to put a queue call on hold and then answer an incoming queue call.

Add announcement option on call queues

there should be an option to announce incoming queue name, not just display, press 1 to accept. that way, the member knows how to answer if he/she is in various queues...

Make MVP chat logs easier to read

When super admins download logs for MVP chat messages, they should being in a downloadable, easy to read format (a csv instead of txt file) where it clearly states the users extension and name instead of a creator id.
