Currently, main line is being a default as outbound caller ID of newly created extension. It would be best if there will be an option in creating an extension to choose which caller ID to reflect.

I want my clients to only see my mobile number for all calls and text / sms messages sent from my ringcentral account. I want to mask my RingCentral number with my mobile number for both calls and text/sms message.
Currently, when showing the active call it also shows to whom the person is talking or the phone number for the person, we would like a way to turn that off so that you can see they are on an active call but you can't see to whom they are talking.
Useful because it saves time. Currently, you have to dig into the Menu option, press InterCom, and then enter your extension. With a traditional intercom option, I should be able to 'buzz' the other party simply.
