Remove ability to call an extension from an IVR menu

Customer has found that if a user enters their IVR menu and selects option 1 but accidentally presses the button 3 times, they will be routed through to the user with the extension 111. Customer has requested to be able to stop this.

Upload Custom Cover Page as an Admin on-behalf of the user.

Hi, Please allow Admins to upload a Custom Cover Page on behalf of users and not limit it via the RingCentral Phone app. It will be great if there is an added functionality in the online portal where we could upload the cover page directly.

Actually decline the call when a person selects 2 for decline

It's really annoying to not actually be able to decline a call when we are given the option to deny a call by pressing 2. Sometimes we need it to just go to voicemail and call them back at a more convenient time.
