It's really annoying when our team is trying to do our daily meeting, but no one can join because the host is "in another meeting". What's the point of that? Just makes life harder for no reason and makes us not want to use RingCentral.

I would like to be able to transfer calls with Ring Central Application without having to use a mouse. There are hot keys but you are still forced to use a mouse to transfer calls.

When we use the text feature to text each other in the office, there is no audio "ding" notifying a user that they have a text. This makes the feature untimely as a result because the person receiving the message often doesn't notice it.

Currently, there is a way to turn off notifications for certain Teams on Glip (RC Unified app). However, even though the notifications are turned off, the Team messages are still showing up. As a result, there should be a way to mute Team messages...

We want to have the ability to merge the voicemail box with Hubspot so that they can check the voicemail message directly from Hubspot.

Ability for the status to change to DND or Busy when your linked calendar shows busy.

There needs to be an option to toggle off the "ding-dong" and exiting sounds for each attendee of a meeting in RingCentral Meetings for the desktop app. It is wildly annoying as the leader of a meeting to be bombarded by those sounds over and over...
