Business Ring Central App does not block calls or text from the app . WHY?

If I terminate someone, get spam, sms etc. I cannot block their calls or text from this app. This is a big deal.

Export of chats in ringcentral for management to show names of individuals engaging in the chat and be able to pull up chats between different members of the firm

Becuse currently the export shows nothing - it only shows what the individuals enaged in and doesn't tell us who is saying what. it's useless for future employment related issues.
