We want to have the ability to limit what shows up in the corporate directory to the site the employee is working out of. Meaning, if the account has 3000 users on it and I work at a site with 50 users I should only be able to locate those 50 user...
Assign caller ID for an extension without restrictions
Go to 3cx.com and see if you can license some of their patents. I should be able to assign an extension any Caller ID for which I have ownership to. I was able to do this in the 3CX product prior to moving to RingCentral.

Have RCV recognize busy/not busy from Calendar integration so non-meeting appointments don't show
When calendar is integrated, RCV is listing all "appointments" even though they are not video/meeting related and showing Status as Busy. Would like to have a way to filter Non meeting calendar entries so that only true meeting are showing.
It would be useful to have CallerID name to be available in UK as well like in the US. As a business we want to make sure that out customer's are aware that we are calling them since they will see the Name of our business when we call them.
