Eliminate MaxAgent Outbound Dialing Delay

When making outbound calls manually, MaxAgent adds more than ten seconds to each call. A dialer is not a solution. The number of clicks, float and click, etc is not tenable

Cut down on video processing time

I created a test video that I recorded and it was about a 30 second video. It is still processing and it's been about 30 minutes so far. I was able to record a similar video with Snag It and that was a 10 second video and it took seconds to process.
