It would be nice to have the ability to create a report (and export to excel) showing the number of calls received by hour per date, example below. This can easily be used to gauge how busy our team is by hour with calls. 6:00 7:00 8:00 9:00 10:00...

Set DND for a time or schedule, e.g. 1 hour, rest of today.

I would like to set Do Not Disturb for a while, and not need to remember to turn it off again.

Subscriptions Weekdays Only

Would be great to be able to schedule subscriptions for weekdays only so I don't get unnecessary reports in my inbox over the weekend.

Allow access to glip chat while on a meeting!

With the recent updates, the meetings now use the glip app and there is no longer any way to participate in glip chat while on a meeting. This is a horrible impediment to productivity.

Quantify Number of Connected Calls (From Call Logs)

Call Logs are great that show what calls were connected, but we need to be able to report on it with quantifiable numbers.Example: 10 outgoing calls, 5 connected, 50% connect rate
