Hi, Could there be a way to disable DTMF codes? We have to test a fire alarm which includes pressing * when entering a code which then activates the DTMF shortcut rather than what we need the * function for.

Ability to See Queue Call Acceptance in Admin Portal
It would be useful to be able to see if a user had accept queue calls toggled on or off. If not able to toggle them on for a user, just the ability to view if they have queue calls enabled.
Have a report for call per User in downloading the RAW File
Currently, under performance reports when you download the RAW File for calls using the USER filter, it doesn't include the part for which USER a call belongs to. Kindly include the USERS per call in the file.
Currently, there is not a Zapier integration to add a contact to RingCentral. This would make it so much easier to add and updated contacts in Ring Central automatically.
Disable "Ringing" Tone when initiating video call...
When initiating a video call, please allow disable of the tone that blares out when "ringing" the person being called. Or at lease turn it down a bit. It is too loud and disruptive and forces the caller to turn down or disable audio when "ringing"...
