In RC Meeting, would like to have an option to use the RC dial pad to call external number (such for support) to join a meeting. When dialing out, the external call recipient is only connected to the audio of the meeting.

I have a room where we have a projector and two screens. With Zoom, you can script those devices to turn on and turn off via the Zoom Rooms Native Room Controls. It would be awesome if there was a similar capability in Ring Central Rooms.

In PC Classification 16 ERROR is not a variable in retries (Skill Configuration)

If you can't tell me why CLASS 16 is happening I sure ought to be able to retry the error multiple times. There are probably other classifications not in Retry config so why not get them all in there with this submission.
