Park a call across federated accounts

My business shares two accounts across two buildings next to each other and only one main line number that's known, so being able to park a call and both accounts being able to see it would be useful.

Case Portal - Filter Capabilities on Headers - Case Status

I would LOVE to go into my case portal and be able to filter on the case headers so I can exclude duplicate/closed cases. I always have to sort to get the most recent cases at the top so I can monitor ACTIVE ongoing cases

If you had a message that didn't retain to you but didn't want to delete it incase you needed to text that person again some day then you can find the messages.
