Remove the hand icon when selecting contacts

This was just changed and it makes it difficult to select the contact you want to interact with. Please change this back to an arrow. This is a step in the wrong direction.

Add option to dock the app somewhere on screen.

Other phone applications I have used allow the user to dock the app somewhere on screen which I greatly appreciated. It was convenient and made certain app features much more visible. This seems like a "no-brainer".
