Add the ability to copy and paste from Excel into a Message
I would like to be able to copy numbers and text from Excel and keep everything "as is" in 2 dimensions (in a grid). The information currently is pasted in a single column in the message so the table format is lost.
Under "Reports" > "Usage Reports" > "Webinar" it would be nice to be able to check boxes from a series of webinars between a range of dates and generate one Excel document with all the data automatically. Currently reports must be generated ...
Send an alert when x numbers of calls are in the queue
We'd like to know when we have high volumes of calls waiting to be answered. This will allow us to put more staff into the group to pickup calls. This would be better than getting voicemails after they have waited 15 minutes
