Desktop alerts for RC meetings

The desktop alerts went away with the new updated RC app. Please bring back the desktop alert for RC meetings.

auomated option for calls to be forwarded to specific numbers

right now we have a custom rule for it but i have to create it manually every month .what i suggest is an option where calls are forwarded to a cell every week it changes but effective for a year not just a rule for a month

start minimized in windows

Please make an option to run ring central minimized on start. It is more than annoying to have to see it load on the main screen every day. No other startup program does this and it does not help promote your product - it is a huge negative .

Send Text messages to people outside of RingCentral

I would like to send text messages to people that don't use RingCentral to alert them for instance when an appointment is planned and the date is near.

Pin conversations so they remain visible even in 'Show Unread' view

I have about 300 conversations/teams/etc in the left panel so I obviously ALWAYS have the 'Show Unread' on since scrolling through that long list is horribly inefficient. However, there are 4 or 5 conversations that I would want to pin to the top ...

Add New User to Discussion without Creating New Discussion

Currently, when adding another user to an existing ad hoc discussion, it creates a new discussion. The problem is all the history from the discussion is lost. A better option is to add the new user into the existing discussion.

Inbound blocked caller ID should display Blocked Call instead of company phone number

Currently, inbound calls to the Contact Center with no caller ID displays as our main company number. We would like to change this to display Blocked Call.
