I would like to be able to label the numbers by company name in my phone so I know what company I am dialing out from.

if i own 10 companies i dont want to remember every phone number to dial out before i call. if i can click on app. click on phone symbol.pull the phone numbers down from the from: tab and see all my company names with ph#'s THAT WOULD BE GREAT!!

Separate greeting option for when I'm on the other line

This would let incoming clients and prospective client know that I'm simply on the other line and not out of the office. I'd like to see an option in the custom rules for greetings section to select a specific "I'm currently on the phone" greeting...

To be able to have unlimited talktime using the RC Polycom deskphone

The maximum allowed talktime using the Polycom phone is currently set to 4 hours by default and can be maximized up to 8 hours only. It would be better if we can set the hours of phone taltime to unlimited .

More 3rd party storage sites on Archiver beta

I strongly suggest adding other 3rd party storage applications such as Sharepoint and Amazon S3 to Archiver Beta. This is beneficial because people need more options to store their backups, not everybody uses dropbox or google drive, or box.

Report outbound caller ID settings

There's currently no way to enforce company-wide outbound caller ID settings, and no way to report on user who, for example, have the company number set as their outbound caller ID
