Search filter for Default caller ID setting

We have lots of numbers available to use for caller ID. It would be great to have a smart search field available for the caller ID list to quickly set CID to the desired number.

Please fix audit filters so they work

When you filter in the audit table for "Disabled" you also get the "Enables" This is not operating as intended so it is considered broken. The current solution is to download the list into Excel then further filter out the Enables. ???

Fax Footer Settings to add disclosure (on all app resources)
