Report Filters/how long or oftenpeople are logged into the queue

When we Subscribe to the report on one of our Filters it would be great if we get the columns that were selected for that filter. Also would be nice to see how often someone was logged in or toggled into the queues!

Add a link to the subscription report to have a ready only view of the web page

Add a link to the subscription report to have a ready only view of the web page and tie the permissions to the report recipients. This way the recipient could drill down into each call for more details.
