Ability for the team to see who is logged in or out of the queue from RC app

We really would love to see our Team have the ability to see their co-workers who are logged in or out of the queue right from their RingCentral app. No need to ask their manager! This would be my #1 request before my other 20 request.

Share Dashboard to Team for Live View of Inbound Calls and Reports

We need the ability to share our Service Desk dashboard to the team. This way we could give them a link (or load on a TV via mounted PC) to view the dashboard. No need to share with public link, but the option would be great!

Add the same email as trusted email for fax for multiple users

Currently we can add an email to only one user. It would be better to have the ability to add the same email for multiple users. And specially when we're sending those requests through transactional mailing platform like Mandrill/sendgrid.
