Hotkeys for New Actions like 'Send new message,' 'Start a video meeting,' 'Send new text" etc

More hot keys in general, but It would be great to have hotkeys for all the new action options.

Use RingCentral messages with fillable PDF attachments for people to sign the document.

We have annual assessments for our field Employee signature required. Would be nice to use Ring Central text message with attached fillable PDF file for employee to sign.

Downloaded Phone Numbers to show in E164 format

I would like to be able to see all company numbers in all regions in the E164 format. This makes managing the Enterprise estate in many different countries much easier. At present all countries outside of my location show in the E164 format.

RingCentral Analytics: Date Format option for Day/Month

Please may we request the ability to set/change the date format in RingCentral Analytics? Currently the format is Month/Day, but here in the UK we are accustomed to working with the Day/Month format.

More notification choices...

Right now missed calls, faxes and voicemail notification are all mixed together. I don't need to know about missed calls but I do need to know about voicemails. We have too many notification as it stands. It would be great to have one less.
