I notice that between logging off or using more than one style Ringcentral app; that the setting sill revert to a default. Toggle for headset controls turns off after logging back in as an example.

Only Predefined messages are appearing and 60 seconds is not an enough time to create a custom one. Hopefully, they will have an option to save or edit Predefined messages for it.
