I want the ability to ignore calls coming in on a call queue

Our calls all come in on a call queue, so the phone rings everybody in the office. If I know the call isn't for me, I would like to be able to ignore the call. Currently when I click "ignore", it stops ringing for a second, then just starts ringin...

Wake Up Call Digital Receptionist

Disable callers from being able to directly dial an extension

Adding this feature would force a caller to choose from one of the call queues that is set up. This helps to route the call better and to gather more accurate data.

Resizing of the App
