Cmd + Enter should send a new message in RC App

RC on Mac. This is fairly standard across the web: enter text into a textbox press cmd enter form posts to server But when I press enter or cmd enter in a text compose window it won't send. I have to move my hand off the keyboard to actually send....

Report Discrepancy

When you download your dashboard and widgets from the portal, the data is filtered to how you want it presented. When you download it from a subscription, the data filters to not translate over. The experience should match.

Ability to detail the "abandoned" calls

I would like to know where the abandoned calls are coming from. I have a concerning amount of abandoned calls, but I can't pinpoint which extension they're coming from. This would be helpful information to know for performance and planning purposes.

Add send voice note option in the SDK

It's helpful for the customers instead of typing their inquiries. Also, the chatbot can handle it so it's an advantage

Allow for Individual Agent Grouping in Live reports

This would allow individual team managers to manage the live data from their teams instead of having to wait for hourly updates.

Ability to change column size so long queue names are visible

We have some really long queue names and when I add more than a handful of columns to a queue dashlet the name column shrinks so I can't see the full name. Being able to set the width / percentage would really help

QM - Character Limitation

When typing feedback comments in the Evaluation Form, there is a character limitation of 256 characters. It’s important to leave detailed feedback and limiting the characters diminishes the quality of the feedback.
