Percentage should be based on active users not enabled users.

When looking at analytics, I want to see how many calls were taken/made by active user-not just enabled. I would also like to see it by department, (how many for Customer Service, how many by Logistics, etc).

Ability to detail the "abandoned" calls

I would like to know where the abandoned calls are coming from. I have a concerning amount of abandoned calls, but I can't pinpoint which extension they're coming from. This would be helpful information to know for performance and planning purposes.
