Enhance the performance reports to include the graph

Graphs paint a visual picture and this avoids having to import data into excel and manually creating it which is what we are currently doing, for a service paid monthly that can provide this.

Disable incoming calls when on a queue call

Our agents are on queue calls, but they get spam calls directly to their direct phone numbers. This confuses them, as they think that they're missing calls. It's also distracting for them. There should be a way to not get notified of incoming call...
