Table Widget - add call length filters per column to allow different call length stats in the same table

We would like to show the following for users: Total Calls Total Calls over X minutes Total Calls under X Minutes With several different variations. It would be really helpful to have these in one table with each KPI as a column

Desk Phone and Desktop application Sync

It would be useful to sync the desktop application with the physical desk phone so that when clearing voicemails both are updated. OR when a call is answered on the desk phone it doesn't appear as missed in the desktop application

Adoption and usage reporting

Currently these reports are only available to download (ad-hoc), other reports (performance reports) can be saved and then automatically sent via subscribed. THis would be a great feature for Adoption and usage

Voicemail Data

It would be nice to see how many voicemails are in a user voicemail box. We have users who never check voicemail so if we knew which phones had a full voicemail inbox we could notify them to delete the messages.

We would like the ability to share reports we have configured saved with other users in RC Analytics. In addition when sharing the report with another user we would like the option to supply owner, read-only or edit access.

Ability to track number of calls transferred from main number to other extensions

To track the number of calls actually answered on the main line. The current statistics only show the inbound/outbound calls but the number of calls that ignored or transferred to other extensions.

Add column to show amount of time each user was active under performance report

This would help to verify even call distribution. When reporting on a weekly or monthly basis, this would show us why a user may have a lower number of calls without having to leave the system and check the company calendar to see if they were out...
