It would be useful if users could select a dark theme to view their call queues.

Advanced searching for contacts

When I am sorting call history or starting a new call, it should filter results from company, and first and last name. Currently it only filters results form first and last name of contact.

Bulk delete for sms messages

we have to click each sms message to delete it. This is cumbersome and frankly an elementary need. I cant believe this isn't already an option.

User group access call log of the same user group

☐ I have sales department that for training purposes would like to access call log for their own department. I don't want them to be in manager/admin group because they should not see call log of management or CEO.

Remove completed tasks from queue, not delete.

Add Logitech Headset support (BETA) to the RC App

The app has Headset support for Jabra and Plantronics Hub. Please extend this support to Logitech, so we can take advantage of the call control buttons on those devices too.

Custom Emojis can already be added and used in Messaging. Why not have them available in the user status as well?

Assign co-host in RingCentral Video

Would like to add the feature to add a co-host on RingCentral Video when scheduling a meeting. This is when I am on a vacation and has a scheduled recurring meeting. I do not want to stay on meeting first before assigning someone as host moderator.
