Add a checkbox in User Details -> Security to force password change on next login

Please add a checkbox option in the User Details -> Security menu to force the user to change their password on next successful login. This is a standard security feature of most services being managed at an enterprise level.

Status feature

You should add a feature to where you can customized your pre selected status. We have some that never get used and it is nice to just click on the status you want!

Forwarding Team messages to emails.

When employees are out sick, other members of the company would need to see the messages that are being sent to their Teams. Please find a way for messages under Teams to be sent to admin without having to log into other people's RC accounts..
