Outbound Caller Name not updated with TMobile

While making outbound calls, my business name doesn't show up in the caller ID. It shows another place of business's name that isn't even in business anymore. How can this be resolved?

Current size limit is a 30 MB attachment but I have been told it is a 10 MB limit. Increase attachment size to 150 MB to allow for longer recordings to be emailed.
