adding 5 minute increment

Please add 5 minute increments in the office hours times. This way I can close my office phones 5 minutes before we close VS at 5pm. I would like to have my phones stop at 4:55 pm.

My team is a very effective team. If we were to get somebody who repeatedly gets anon callers but nobody else does, is there a way to track the caller? Maybe general location such as city or state? I have no way of tracking a slacker if they join ...

Send all calls to voicemail except when the caller is in my Contacts folder

The spam calls about renewing auto insurance in particular are getting out of hand. On my cell phones, I can send all calls to voicemail except when the caller is in my Contacts folder. It would be nice if Ring Central could do this too.

Make my status visible to me

I continually forget that I added a custom status like "available on cell only" or even Out of Office. I can't see my status unless I go up to check it. It would be great if that share status messaging was just there like the dot color is.

Option to select single playback when using IVR menu

Right now the IVR default settings for the greeting is for it to be played three times before transferring the call to the next step. Is there a way you could change that to a single playback?
