Need the capability to report number of inbound calls and number of minutes by toll-free number. This is needed for business stakeholders and to size calling bundles.

Report Filters/how long or oftenpeople are logged into the queue

When we Subscribe to the report on one of our Filters it would be great if we get the columns that were selected for that filter. Also would be nice to see how often someone was logged in or toggled into the queues!
