Ability to change column size so long queue names are visible

We have some really long queue names and when I add more than a handful of columns to a queue dashlet the name column shrinks so I can't see the full name. Being able to set the width / percentage would really help

Disable Call Logs Delete for ALL users/managers/everyone.

Assign caller ID for an extension without restrictions

Go to 3cx.com and see if you can license some of their patents. I should be able to assign an extension any Caller ID for which I have ownership to. I was able to do this in the 3CX product prior to moving to RingCentral.

An option to conference a call without placing it on hold then add a new call.
