It would be extremely useful to see what number our customer dialed to reach us for best marketing research. Would also need to see customer information as well

Option to switch from Caller Name to Caller ID for Parked calls in the latest version of RingCentral Phone Apps

Customer business process requires the Caller ID or the number of the parked calls in the HUD of the RingCentral Phone Apps.Older version shows the Caller ID in the parked calls but the latest version now shows Caller Name.

Looking for a report that shows # of missed called BUT when the agent isn't already on another call. We want to have an accurate picture of missed calls when agent is available. We do not use queues either

Voicemail reporting
