It would remove most of our incoming call handling costs if we could block all foreign exchange transfer companies, mobile phone companies and energy suppliers. We would happily pay for a service to block a maintained list of these problem callers.

Sort members by queue order

Currently you can sort by several factors such as answered calls, status, outbound calls, etc. There should be an additional option to allow the members of the team to be sorted by queue order.

Add the same email as trusted email for fax for multiple users

Currently we can add an email to only one user. It would be better to have the ability to add the same email for multiple users. And specially when we're sending those requests through transactional mailing platform like Mandrill/sendgrid.

Live Dictation of Phone Calls and Meetings (Speech-to-text)

Speech-to-text dictation of voicemails already exists, but for the benefit of hard of hearing users we would love to see a feature where phone calls could also have dictation in real time. Could be used for meetings as well.
