Provide a widget that gives the admin(s) access to the devices based on their IP addresses.
Currently, when adding a phone/device to RingCentral, we provide the device's MAC address, since the phone/device is provisioned through the RC provisioning service/server, there may be a way to retrieve and pass that info to a widget or a report.

The Salesforce adapter is showing the mask option even when it is disabled for the agent. It needs to hide this if it has been disabled in the agent role the way CMax does.

We just installed this system in our conference room. It only supports Zoom and Teams. We would like it to integrate with RingCentral. This would be a huge benefit to our team as we really like using RingCentral for video conferencing.
When you download your dashboard and widgets from the portal, the data is filtered to how you want it presented. When you download it from a subscription, the data filters to not translate over. The experience should match.
