Would like to add a call group/queue as a precense to add as a shortcut on deskphones, for groups like IT Support etc.

Our team has been using Asana for years to track and assign tasks internally. Although the task function is cool, it is not comprehensive enough for our project management needs.

Common area phones should be able to be limited to only call 911 externally and only allow calls to other internal extensions. We would rather not have a common area phone in the food court that a customer can call out from.
