Currently, RingCentral does not allow users to access free conference call lines through their phones or through the RingCentral mobile app. This is a suggestion to grant users the ability to host conference calls using RingCentral devices.

If you program park keys as a presence key there is no park hold recall timer. Ring Central only offers park hold recall for global park keys and not for the presence park keys.

This would be great when trying to join a call that uses a pin/number password to enter. For instance, you dial a number, and in the options afterwards, you have to enter a pin. On your mobile phone you can enter something like 111-111-1111,,,1234...
