Add the ability for multiple extension to listen to the same call simultaniously

Our sales team would like the ability to have multiple agents and managers listen to the same active call at the same time for training purposes.

Fax Cover Page using the Ringcentral App desktop

We have Google Contacts synchronized on the app with all information. When we send fax using the same app, it does not auto-populate the recipient information (like first and last name, company and business phone etc..) in the cover page.

I cannot receive phone calls with this system for 2 factor login authentication. If this isn't resolved I'm going to have to go back to the landline. Every bank is now requiring 2 factor as well as many other website logins. Please support this ap...

Be able report multiple calls on one report

We have about 10 numbers we like to monitor. Would be good to receive one report instead of multiple. Or not have to filter a larger report.

Resizing of the App

Ability to toggle private chat feature among team members/users on and off.

Private chat among team members creates unnecessary conversations not pertaining to work-related content. A reduction in this can help increase productivity and help support a team environment.
