We have two companies. It would be nice to use the same desk phone to make calls from different company phone number without having to change it in admin portal.

Report for active users in Contact Center

It would be extremely useful to have a report in CC where we can export a list of active users, being able to choose a date range.

The ability for Admins to check timestamps on when accounts were first created.

This would be a fantastic tool for us Admins to use to find accounts that have existed within a given date range or finding an exact account.
