How to do I save new contacts as "Company" contacts? Currently all new contacts I create are stored as "Personal" contacts. Is there a way to pick where a new contact gets stored?

Use a "Currently on another Call" greeting message while on another call or have the capability to disable Call waiting. An options that say, while i'm on another call us this greeting, or while i'm on a call go straight to voicemail.

Create a way for customer to mass deploy Holiday schedules. Individually going into each sites is entirely too time consuming when you are a larger institution.

Your current platform requires customer to go into the individual site for each location and manually enter holidays. For financial institutions that have 12-13 holidays a year times 20+ locations, takes several hours to complete.

Adjust how missed calls are categorized for group calls

Currently if a group is set to ring all members at once and someone else answers it will show as a missed call for everyone else who didn't answer. It would be nice if the system knew the call had been answered and didn't show as a missed call.
