Bulk updates and creation of limited extensions

Please allow for the bulk update and creation of limited extensions. The lack of this feature makes this product difficult to manage for larger organizations that have many spaces where a limited extension phone is more appropriate than a user phone.

Access end user recordings from the Users tab in the Admin Portal

To quickly identify what users have recordings, add "recordings" to the customizable columns under User. It benefits everyone to see recordings on the main page since not everyone does have recordings. See attachment.

Sort Users by Last Name in Admin Portal

Finding users in the Admin Portal would be much easier if you could sort by Last Name. Currently you can only sort by First Name. With 1800 users, there are lot more duplicate first names than last names.
