Add a place for phone extensions on the contact page
It is very time consuming to have to look up a clients extension because it cannot be stored in the contacts. When I asked someone in your company they suggested I add the extension to the persons last name, that is a very clumsy fix.

Currently, we can see who everyone in the company is talking to, for how long, etc. We do NOT want that available to most of the team as we deem it a privacy issue.

I would like the ability to receive the security code through a phone call. Right now, I can receive it through my email. I am not always able to get to my email, but would like to receive the code through a phone call.
Please integrate with Contactually CRM. It's the CRM all Compass agents use. Right now the click to call from the CRM opens DialPad and the click to text opens iMessages. This would be SO MUCH BETTER.
