Customized fax template

The program does not allow for us to put the company info. in the template. I think this is a disadvantage because you are unable to say who the fax is to.

Operator in call queue

Feature to allow adding of Operator in Ringcentral call queue. Operator option will allow callers to break out of the menus and speak to a designated person. This feature is currently not present.

Add the ability to see if a user refused to answer a call or has ended a call.

It would be great to see if someone is avoiding calls by ending the call, sending to voice mail or closing the app.
