QM - Feedback Comments - Punctuation Doesn't Carry Over from Word

A user may need to type their feedback comments into a Word document first and then copy/paste into the QM Tool Evaluation Form. When we copy/paste from Word into the QM Tool, quotation marks and apostrophes disappear.

Add Date & Time to body of an email meeting invite for RC Video

We are looking to have the date and time automatically added to the body of an Outlook email invite for RingCentral Video. This seems to work with RingCentral Meetings, see attached image. We schedule meetings with the RingCentral app

Add an email notification option for sent texts.

Many of us already archive our email and if both sent and received texts get sent to our email, we are archiving our texts through our email. It would save us the money and hassle of having to hire a firm to archive the texts specifically.
