Missed call report

Would be beneficial to see a report of all the missed calls over the past month or so. This may already exist but struggling to find it.

RingCentral App Customize Call History

The "All Calls" screen will accumulate weeks and weeks of calls that takes me some time to delete. I wanted to be able to set the "All Calls" screen to only show the last 10 calls, +/-. I do not need volume of calls that accumulate on this screen.

Increasing the return time of Call Park from 5 minutes to 10 minutes.

The default timeout value for Call Park, Public Call Park, and Park Locations is five minutes. Need to have the ability to increase or decrease the duration of your Call Park Timeout.
