    Akazio (RingCentral Premier Partner App: https://www.ringcentral.com/apps/akazio-for-ringcentral) provides this capability with archiving of all RingCentral calls, voicemails, SMS, instant messages; and soon to have video as well.

Retain call recordings for longer than 90 days

Our call recordings are essential for us to be able to go back and listen to a conversation. In some cases this is needed after the current 90 hold period. Please extend this retention time to at least 6 months, if not longer

Accessing Old Call Recordings

We should have the ability to access call recordings that extend past 60-90 days, even if we need to pay for some sort of storage where the recordings could be archived and saved for a longer period of time.
