Correct issue with voicemail notification only uses default iPhone alert since last update
Today is 8/22/23 and until recently a voicemail received on the iPhone RC app would follow the custom tone you selected. Now it only alerts with the default tone for the iPhone regardless of what you select. This was working fine for the past year or more and needs to be corrected as the users (doctors, etc) can not differentiate between the notifications and the default 2 tone alert will not wake them from sleep when on call.
XXXXX - This was working and now is BROKEN. This DOES NOT need to be treated as a request for new features. It needs to be ESCALATED to get it fixed and working as it was before it was broken.
