Scheduling work hours is great so that work calls don't come through the mobile app after hours, the problem is that other notifications such as voicemail do make it through. Adding a customizable option to turn off notifications after hours when setting work hours would allow us to ensure that we are not interrupted by work when we are not on the clock. We could go back to enjoying our evenings and weekends again!

Here's the Setting for Mobile App (iOS). First, click your avatar in the upper right corner of your app. Next, under Settings, click Phone.
Then, click Call Handling.
Lastly, go to Call Handling. The screenshots attached are the settings that should be enabled under work hours and after hours.
Am getting requests and complaints about this too. Staff enjoy having the app on their cell phones, but are concerned that they get notifications/alerts during "off" hours and weekends. They are concerned about glip/IM notices and beeps more than phone calls coming thru. I keep all notifications OFF and run or turn off the app, but that's too much for my users.
It doesn’t work. I have my hours set and I still get all notifications after hours. This seems like a simple fix. Why does it not work?

Also would like seperate work hours for cell phone app. so that my cell phone won't ring after hours, but if I am working late, my office phone will.
If it exists, it doesn't work. I set my work hours and the mobile app still sends notifications after hours. Please look into this further.
if it is already existed, how do I turn off the notification on RC apps? I think it would be a good idea to provide another link to help all of us to find it quickly. Thanks!
Great idea! Phones are distracting enough without having work seep into your weekends.
