Disable DND and Call Queue Options for Non-Admin Accounts Merged

Disable the options for the enabling/disabling of DND and call queues. Example: non-managers accounts should not have the ability to opt out of call queue settings or enable DND when on. Log out if you need to stop receiving calls.
